Serene Action Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to Bookings, Cancellations and Client Intake.  You may also like to visit our  Code of Conduct.

  1. Confirmed bookings will have a time ‘slot’, please be sure you know the location we are meeting at to avoid forfeiting any of your time.
  2. An appointment cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice will not be charged, if you have paid for a block of sessions then this will be added back to your balance.
  3. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
  4. Appointments cancelled without notice will not be refunded.
  5. Failure to disclose information relevant information may result in therapy being discontinued.
