The following terms and conditions relate to Bookings, Cancellations and Client Intake. You may also like to visit our Code of Conduct.
- Confirmed bookings will have a time ‘slot’, please be sure you know the location we are meeting at to avoid forfeiting any of your time.
- An appointment cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice will not be charged, if you have paid for a block of sessions then this will be added back to your balance.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
- Appointments cancelled without notice will not be refunded.
- Failure to disclose information relevant information may result in therapy being discontinued.
